  A mineral adapted to counteract heat stress in cows. During the hot summer months, it can get so hot that cows are physiologically negatively affected, this is called heat stress. Studies show that cows are negatively affected already at 20 degrees or higher. When cows become heat-stressed, you can see a marked difference in, for example, feed intake, decreased fat content in milk, and poorer fertility.

  Deltamin Heat contains a special blend of minerals, antioxidants, and live yeast. The interaction between these maintains the salt balance in the body, stabilizes the rumen, and promotes feed intake. Together, this reduces the effects of heat stress in cows.

  Feed 200 g/day of Deltamin Heat when the temperature exceeds 20 degrees. Ideally start a few days before to reduce the risk of initial heat stress.
