Purchase

1. I can see that the item is in stock. How long does it take until I have it at home.

I store a part of our assortment in an external warehouse as well. So the delivery time depends where the item is stored. You can always see next to the item when it might be with you. If you purchase more than item your order will be send when all is in stock. A part delivery can be made with an extra shipping charge.
We reserve the right for errors in the stock balance.

2. I cannot find what I am searching for!
If you cannot find what you are searching for please fell free to contact us by telefon or email.

3. We are a registered company and would like to order from you.
If you are an EU registered company and would like to order without VAT you can write us directly to info@sagroparts.com
In that case we can deducte the VAT directly from your order and you can transfer the amount excl. VAT. 

Price and payment methods

1. How can I pay my order?
You can choose between different options. You can pay via bank transfer to us in advance or by credit card or PayPal.
Please contact us if you have problems with that.

2. Do I have to pay customs fee?
If you live out of the EU, we will send you order excl. VAT. The VAT in your country and an extra custome fee ( mostly 5-10% of order value ) will ve charged from the delivery company (f.e. DHL) who will deliver your parcel.

 

Delivery

1. Where do you sent your items?
We deliver all our products to several countries. You can find the ones in the list below:
Germany, Norway, Danmark, Finland, UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, France, Poland and the Netherlands.

2. Can i trace my parcel?
As soon as we have sent your order you will get an email with a tracking number. The tracking will be activ latest 24h after the parcel has left our warehouse.
 

Return / Cancellation 

1. How long can I return or cancel my order?
You can always cancel your order within 14 days from the day you have received your parcel.

2. How do i return my order?
You are welcome to return your order to the following adress: Swedmog AB, Ljungnäsvägen 5, 38332 Mönsterås, Sweden
